As Corrected 6/89 RESOLUTION N0. 89- 14 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO PAT MINOR WHEREAS, Pat Minor began working for Mayfield Village on a part-time basis as a Finance Clerk on March 10, 1980; and WHEREAS, Pat Minor became a full-time Finance Clerk on Suly 1, 1981; and WHEREAS, Pat Minoz was promoted to Assistant Finance Director on January 1, 1984; and WHEREAS, Pat Minor received recognition letters during her tenure from the Police Chief and the Finance Director for her extraordinary service to the Departments; and WHEREAS, Pat Minor should not be allowed to leave the service of Mayfield Village without an expression of the appreciation she rightfully deserves; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. The Mayor and Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, on behalf of themselves and all of the employees and residents of the municipality, hereby express their deep appreciation and thanks to Pat Minor for her service as an employee of the Finance Department from March 10, 1980 through January 28, 1989. SECTION 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to prepare duplicate original copies o£ this Resolution. One such original shall be presented to Pat Minor as a small token of the esteem in which she is held by the residents, officials and employees o£ Mayfield Village, Ohio. The other original shall be placed in the permanent records of the Village as a lasting tribute to Pat Minor. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect at the earliest time allowed by law.
