RESOLUTION No. 688 <br />By Mr. Mason <br />A RESOLUTION ,APPOINTING AN ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION BOARD TO <br />HEAR OBJECTIONS-RELATIVE TO THE_IMPROVEMENT.OF-SOH CENTER. <br />ROAD BX-THE-CONSTRUCTION AND-INSTALLATION OF A SIDEWALK. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT: _ _ .. <br />Sec. 1. Harold F. Rassau, J. Edward Strater and John Robert Cotton, <br />three disinterested freeholders of _the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, are hereby <br />appointed to act as an Assessment Equalization Board to hear and determine <br />all timely written objections to the estimated assessments heretofore reported <br />to this Council of the cost of improving the Westerly side of S~1 Center Road <br />from a point 424.7 £eet North of the intersection of the center lines of SOM <br />Center Road and Wilson Mills Road to a point 1722.02 feet North of said <br />intersection by the construction and installation of a sidewalk, and to equalize <br />the same as to them seems proper, in accordance with law and with Resolution No. <br />673 adopted by the Council on Niay 16, 1966. <br />Sec. 2. The Board shall first meet for the above purpose at the Mayf field <br />Village Hall., 6621 Wilson Mills Road,-Mayffield, Ohio, oti the 13th day of October <br />1966, at- 8:00 o*clock P. M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time, and upon completion <br />of such equalization shall report such equalized assessment to Council. <br />Sec. 3.
