The County auditor of Cuyahoga County is hereby requested <br />to advance to the Village of Mayfield out of current tax collections the <br />sum of at least $20,000.00 to be used for general fund purposes. <br />Sec. 2. The Clerk is hereby authorized to file a certified copy <br />of this Resolution with the County Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Sec. 3. This Resolution. is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary f or the immediate preservhtion of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welf are of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants in order <br />that the Village may pay its obligations and keep its credit good, and <br />this Resolution shall be in force and effect immediately upon the date of <br />its adoption. <br />Adopted this 20th day of February,~967. <br />~- ` ~7/U <br />~'i.. <br />Atteste Mayor - President of Counci <br />SEAL .Clerk-Treas rer <br />
