Said attraciions <br />shall be open and operated during the time schedule as directed by the ASSOCIATION. <br />PROPOSAL/AGREEMENT <br />This Proposal/Agreement, made and entered into this day of hGfG? 14 IQ$ ?j , by and between <br />?fccQ ?• C.F/Mt^ of h1GN?i?B Vi IGSe . <br />herein referred to as the "ASSOCIATION", and 80B JONES PROMOTI NAL ATTRACTIO S INC., of <br />Mechanicsville, PA 18934, herein referred to as the "ATTRACTION". <br />Witnesseth: <br />1. That the ATTRACTIQ1N agrees to provide the Bob Jones Petting Zoo, Live Pony Rides, and Live Camel <br />Ridesat ViNG e fl4 S - <br />2. That the petting zoo will consist of 50 • 60 animals, of types compatible to this type of presentation. There <br />will be a mixed variety of both contact and exotic animals for people to enjoy. Included in the collection, but not <br />limited to. may be various sheep and goats. Ilamas and guanacos, emu, monkeys, donkeys, farm yard fowl, exotic <br />birds. zebra, zebu, yak, and miniature horses.+ [j q Q_? CL?-PN H vT Qu GU) Fo2 l99q? <br />3. That the ATTRACTION will provide all the props, and personnel to present this exhibit in a safe and <br />attractive manner. All the fencing will be colorfully painted and will be decorated with animal caricatures. In <br />addition, the ATTRACTION will provide a simulated caliope playing, "Happy Circus Type", music and a bannerwili <br />be provided proclaiming "Free Admission to Ihe Petting Zoo-Courtesyof Ihe Fair Board". It is understood and <br />agreed that the zoo will be offered as a free attraction to the Association's attendees. <br />4. That the Pony Ride and the Camel Ride come complete as provided by the ATTRACTION. The <br />ASSOCIATIONmustprovidesuitabiespacefortheseattractionstooperateinasafeandviablemanner. Forthe <br />best exposure, it is suggested that the ponies and the camels be placed immediately next to the petting zoo <br />tent. These two items require a total of 50 feet frontage with as much depth as possible, up to 60 feet. (This is in <br />addition to the space occupied by the Petting Zoo tent) <br />5. That the ATTRACTION will participate in publicity photos or gimmicks before fair opening, on the <br />fairgrounds, at no additional charges to the ASSOCIATION. The ATTRACTION must be given ample preparaiion <br />time, and must consider the publicity plan safe and possible to peAorm to offer this cooperation. <br />/1? <br />6. That the- <br />oo. That the ASSOCIATION will also provide, at it's own expense, water and electrical hook-ups near the <br />exhibit site. The ATTRACTION will provide the inside lighting from the breakerbox forward to the exhibits and the <br />ASSOCIATION will provide the hook-up and connection from the breaker box backward to the power source. <br />The ASSOCIATION shall provide, at iYs own expense, a trash container and arrange for iYs daily removal. <br />8. That the ASSOCIATION will provide, at no cost to the ATTRACTION, passes for the ATTRACTION'S staff, <br />and vehicle entrance and parking permits. Parking for animal vans and house car must be provided near the <br />exhibit site. This parking requirement is necessay for propercleaning and animal feed storage. Also, in case of <br />an emergency, the animals can be put away safely. (The Humane Society will approve.) It is expected that there <br />will be security provided by the ASSOCIATION during the closed overnight hours.
