RESOLiJTIOiQ N0. 719 <br />By I1r . <br />Davis <br />~A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE WATER P~IAIN ASSESSMENTS <br />ON PARCEL 831-13--3,4,7 and 8, AND 831-14-7 IN THE <br />DIA~iE OF MOUNT VER2dON ESTATES, INC. <br />«IEREAS, it appears that the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of <br />Mayfield, Ohio teas-.received funds in the amount of. $476.28,.representing a <br />payment of the Water Main Assessments for the year 1968 on the premises <br />hereinafter described. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUi~TCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />MAYFTELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. The annual installments of special assessments for water <br />mains for the tax year 1968 for Code 5017 on County Auditor°s Permanent Par- <br />cel No. 831-13-3,4,.7 & 8 and Ido. 831-14-7 in the name of Mount Vernon Estates, <br />Inc. are hereby canceled and the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield, <br />Ohio, is hereby authorized to file a certified copy of this Resolution with <br />the County Auditor of L'uyahoga County. <br />Sec. 2.
