RESOLUTION N0. 726 <br />By: Mr. Jones <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE_OF APPROKIMATELY FOUR <br />ACRES OF LAND ABUTTING SOM CENTER ROAD FOR RECREATIONAL <br />PURPOSES. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The parcel of land, consisting of approximately four <br />acres, acquired by the Village of Payfield from Julius Paris and Alvin I, <br />Krenzler, Co-Trustees, under date of April 13, 1968, by deed recorded in <br />Volume 12,312, Page 725 of Cuyahoga County Records, shall, until otherwise <br />determined by Council, be used for recreational purposes for the benefit of <br />the citizens of the Village of NIayfield. The land shall be conditioned and <br />developed for such purposes, under the direction of the Recreation and Welfare <br />Committee, but subject to the approval of Council as to expenditures. <br />Section 2. This Resolution is hereby deemed to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, because <br />of the urgent need to provide recreation facilities for its citizens during <br />the summer season, and .this Resolution shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br />Adopted this 20th day of May, 1968. <br />°~ ~ ~ .;~ <br />-~~ - ~~ <br />-° i~1AYQR - PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: >~`'~J *' <br />(SEAL) CLERK-TREASURER <br />
