PESOLUTION N0. 734 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE FISCAL OFFICER OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, OHIO. ~. l+IHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $35,700.00 of special assessment bonds for the purpose of providing a fund for the payment of a note heretofore issued to pay the cost of improving Lander Road in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from Wilson Mi11s Road, southerly to the south corporation line of the Village of Mayfield and Highland Heights, Ohio, by grading, draining, curbing, paving (including curb connections where necessary) and installing sidewalks, with all necessary appurtenances; and 47IIEREAS, the Sections of the Revised Code of Ohio require the fiscal officer to certify to this Council his estimated life of the property, assets or improvements heretofore constructed from the proceeds of said note, and also to certify to the Council the maximum maturities of such bonds, calculated in accordance with law; and WHEP.EAS, the Cleric-Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield is the fiscal officer as defined by law. NOid, THEREFORE, the Clerk-Treasurer of this Village is hereby requested to certify to this Council h.is conclusions as to the estimated life. of such improvements and the maximum maturity of said bonds as required by law. Tliis Resolution is izereby declared to be an emergency measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, for the reason that said bonds are required to be issued to provide a fund for the cost of improving said streets in the manner hereinabove stated, and this Resolution shall take effect upon its passage as an emergency measure.
