Davis <br />I A RESOLUTIO'rJ TO CATVCEL THE PAVITdG ASSESST~fENTS ON AUDITOR' S <br />PERt4ANENT PARCEL NUtdBER 831-38-78, ON BONNIEVIEW ROAD. <br />' W~IEREAS, it appears that the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of T~iayfield <br />has received funds in the sum of $85.28, representing payment of the paving <br />~ assessments for the taY year 1968 and thereafter, in connection caitl~ the premises <br />l:ereinaf ter described . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE-COUNCIL OF TIIE VILLAGE OF I~iAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, T'tiAT: <br />Section 1. The annual installments of special assessments for paving <br />for the tax years 1968 and thereafter, on County Auditor's Permanent Parcel <br />Number 331-38=78.are hereby canceled, and the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of <br />' I~Tayfield is hereby authorized to file a certified copy of this Resolution faith <br />the County Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 2.
