RESOLUTION N0. 743 <br />BY: MR. FITZ-GERADD <br />A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE PAVING AND WATER MAIN ASSESSMENTS <br />ON COUNTY AUDITORS PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER 831-34-7 ON <br />RIDGEBURY BOULEVARD, <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield <br />has received funds in the sum of $1.,908.00, representing payment of the paving <br />and water main assessments for the tax year 1968 and thereafter in connection <br />with the premises hereinafter described. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHI.O, THAT: <br />Section 1. The annual installments of special assessments for paving <br />and water main, for the tax years 1968 and thereafter on County Auditors <br />Permanent Parcel Number 831-34-7, are hereby cancelled and the Clerk-Treasurer <br />is hereby authorized to file a certified copy of this Resolution with the County <br />Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect at <br />the earliest period permitted by law. <br />Adopted this 19th day of August, 1968. <br /> <br />
