RESOLUTION N0. 752 <br />BY ° MR. ~~S . <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE FISCAL OFFICER <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELll, OHIO. <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $16,800.00 of special as- <br />sessment bonds for the purpose of providing a fund for the payment of a note <br />heretofore issued to pay the cost of improving Worton Park Drive in the Village <br />of Mayfield., Ohio, from Wilson Mills Road to Hemingway Road by grading and <br />paving with asphaltic concrete materials, together with all necessary appurten- <br />ances ; and-, <br />WHEREAS, the Sections of the Revised Code of Ohio require the fiscal <br />officer to certify to this Council his estimated life of the property, assets <br />or improvements heretofore constructed from the proceeds of said note, and also <br />to cer-tify to the Council the maximum maturities of such bonds, calculated in <br />accordance with law; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield is the fiscal <br />officer as defined by law. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Clerk-Treasurer of this Village is hereby request- <br />ed to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of such <br />improvements and the maximum maturity of said bonds as required by law. <br />This Resolution is hereby. declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, for the reason that <br />said bonds are required to be issued to provide a fund for the cost_of improving <br />said streets in the manner hereinabove stated, .and. this Resolution shall take <br />effect upon its passage as an emergency measure. <br />Adopted this 20th day of January, 1969. <br />ATTEST: <br />~,^-~~ _~ <br />(SEAL) CLERIZ-TR SURER <br />ki <br />MAYO PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />
