RESOLUTIOi~T N0. 25Z <br />By; Mr. ~Comella <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE FISCAL <br />OFFICER OF THE VILLAGE OF rIAYFIELD, OHIO. <br />[dIiEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $2,100.00 of Special <br />Assessment Bonds for the purpose of providing a fund for the payment of a <br />Note heretofore issued to pay the cost of improving SOi1 Center Road in the <br />Village of rlayfield, Ohio, from a point 197 feet north of the intersection <br />of the center line of SOr1 Center Road to the southerly line of Sandalwood <br />Road, by the construction and installation of a sidewalk and appurtenances; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Sections of the Revised Code of Ohio require the Fiscal <br />Officer to certify to this Council his estimated life of the property, assets <br />or improvements heretofore constructed from the proceeds of said Note, and <br />also to certify to the Council the maximum maturities of such bonds, calculated <br />in accordance with the law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield is the Fiscal <br />Officer as defined by law. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Clerk-Treasurer of this Village is hereby request- <br />ed to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of such <br />improvements and the maximum maturity of said bonds as required by law. <br />This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, necessary <br />for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare <br />of the Village, of Mayfield and its inhabitants, for the reason that said bonds <br />are required to be issued to provide a fund for the cost of improving said <br />streets in the manner hereinabove.stated, and this Resolution shall take effect <br />upon its passage as an emergency measure. <br />Adopted this 21st day of April , 1969. <br />ATTEST: ~,~~~~"".MAYOR.=-~ PRE5ID~NT OF COUNCIL <br />~~ <br />(SEAL) CLERI-TREASURER <br />
