INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE <br />TO MAKE PAYMENT TO LOVE INSURANCE AGENCY, <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHTY-SEVEN <br />($7,087) FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br />A PROPERTY INSURANCE PACKAGE POLICY FRi <br />NORTHBROOK PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE/ <br />FOR THE PERIOD JUNE 1, 1989 TO JUNE I, 199 <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY ? <br />INC <br />, AND <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE„6HI0, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is h <br />pay to Love Insurance Agency, Inc. the sum of <br />Dollars ($7,087) for the purchase of a proper <br />Northbrook Property and Casualty Insurance <br />1989, to June 1, 1990, in accordance with Ilhe <br />by Love Insurance Agency, Inc. <br />re,l5y authorized and directed to <br />cGven Thousand Eighty-Seven <br />y?insurance package policy from <br />ipany for the period June 1, <br />proposal for such insurance made <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of <br />this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at <br />open meetings of this Council; and at deliberations of this Council and of <br />its committees, resulting in such rmal action, took place in meetings open <br />to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 o the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Resolut' n is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate eservation of the health, sa£ety and welfare of <br />the residents of Mayfield V'llage, Ohio, for the reason that the insurance <br />purchased herein is necess ry to protect municipal assets.
