Accordingly, <br />they adopted Resolution No. 89-44 urging the United States Congress to <br />sponsor an amendment to the Constitution of the United States of <br />America as to prohibit the burning or other defacing of the American <br />Flag. <br />Mayor Carmen and Council hereby request your written response to <br />this Resolution. <br />Sincerely, <br />? <br />??
