<br /> <br />! <br />containing 0.0029 acres of land, be the same more or less, <br />but subject to all legal highways. <br />in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and marked as <br />Exhibit "A". <br />Grantors further grant unto Grantee the free right of ingress and <br />egress over and across such property inso£ar as such right of ingrsss <br />and egress is necessary for the proper use of any right granted herein <br />provided that the subject premises shall be left in substantially the <br />same condition as prior to the grant of this easement. <br />The easement granted herein is conditioned upon the Grantee provid- <br />ing reasonable notice to the Grantors of Grantee's intent to exercise <br />any right granted herein. The Grantors retain, reserve and shall <br />continue to enjoy the use of the aforementioned property for any and all <br />purposes provided that such use by the Grantors does not interfere with <br />and prevent the use of the aforementioned property £or the purpose and <br />right granted herein. <br />Grantee, in consideration of the grant of this Easement, agrees to <br />and does hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grantors and <br />Grantors' heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns, from any <br />suits, claims, or causes of action, including reasonable attorneys' <br />fees, arising from or occasioned by the existence of this Easement or <br />the exercise of any rights granted under it by Grantee and Grantee's <br />agents and employees. <br />•Grantors claim title to the premises over which this easement is <br />granted by Deed recorded in the office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder <br />in Volume 226, Page 145 and 146, of the Cuyahoga County Deed of Records.
