-~. <br />~J <br />RESOLUTION N0. 777 <br />By Mr. Leech <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS; PROPOSING <br />TO COOPERATE; REQUESTING DIRECTOR TO <br />PROCEED <br />~. <br />~~ <br />t~ <br />~:~ <br />~~.- <br />~J <br />d <br />WHEREAS, at a meeting of the legislative authority <br />of Mayfield, Ohio, held in the office of said legislative <br />authority on this 21st day of September, 1970, a quorum being <br />present, the improvement of State Route No. 91, under the <br />provisions of Chapter 5521, Ohio Revised Code, came on for fur- <br />ther consideration; said portion of highway, as described in <br />the legislation proposing cooperation with the State Highway <br />Director of Ohio, enacted on the 15th day of June, 1970, being <br />as follows: <br />Between the south corporation line of the <br />Village of Mayfield and a point located <br />0.12 mile, more or?less, north of Wilson <br />Mills Road; and in addition thereto by <br />extending a new storm sewer northerly <br />along State Route No. 91 to a point lo- <br />cated 0.10 mile, more or less, north of <br />Thornapple Drive; the length of said <br />improvement being in all 0.85 mile, more <br />or less; and <br />following: <br />WHEREAS, in said legislation proposing cooperation, <br />said legislative authority proposed to cooperate with the State <br />Highway Director of Ohio in the improvement of the above described <br />highway by assuming the payment of and contributing an amount of <br />money, which is to be applied toward the total cos t;. of said <br />improvement, which amount is determined by and equal to the <br />(1) A lump sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred Fifty <br />00/100 Dollars ($4,450.00); and <br />(2) One hundred percent (100%) of the costs of <br />adjusting, relocating and/or replacing all <br />municipally owned utilities and appurtenances <br />involved in this improvement. <br />Said lump sum and said percentage shall include their respective <br />costs of engineering, contingencies and incidental expenses. <br />The Director of Highways notwithstanding the lump sum and <br />
