-~. ~J RESOLUTION N0. 777 By Mr. Leech A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS; PROPOSING TO COOPERATE; REQUESTING DIRECTOR TO PROCEED ~. ~~ t~ ~:~ ~~.- ~J d WHEREAS, at a meeting of the legislative authority of Mayfield, Ohio, held in the office of said legislative authority on this 21st day of September, 1970, a quorum being present, the improvement of State Route No. 91, under the provisions of Chapter 5521, Ohio Revised Code, came on for fur- ther consideration; said portion of highway, as described in the legislation proposing cooperation with the State Highway Director of Ohio, enacted on the 15th day of June, 1970, being as follows: Between the south corporation line of the Village of Mayfield and a point located 0.12 mile, more or?less, north of Wilson Mills Road; and in addition thereto by extending a new storm sewer northerly along State Route No. 91 to a point lo- cated 0.10 mile, more or less, north of Thornapple Drive; the length of said improvement being in all 0.85 mile, more or less; and following: WHEREAS, in said legislation proposing cooperation, said legislative authority proposed to cooperate with the State Highway Director of Ohio in the improvement of the above described highway by assuming the payment of and contributing an amount of money, which is to be applied toward the total cos t;. of said improvement, which amount is determined by and equal to the (1) A lump sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred Fifty 00/100 Dollars ($4,450.00); and (2) One hundred percent (100%) of the costs of adjusting, relocating and/or replacing all municipally owned utilities and appurtenances involved in this improvement. Said lump sum and said percentage shall include their respective costs of engineering, contingencies and incidental expenses. The Director of Highways notwithstanding the lump sum and
