Resolution No. 777 <br />Page 3 <br />of the Bureau of Public Roads Policy and Procedure Memorandum <br />30-4 "Utility Relocations and Adjustments". <br />Section 5: That -traffic control signals will not be <br />installed on the project wihhout prior approval by the State <br />and the municipality does hereby agree to place and maintain <br />all traffic eontrol devices conforming to the Ohio Manual of <br />Uniform Traffic Control Devices on the project in compliance with <br />the provisions of Section 4511.11 and related sections of the <br />Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6: That the rights-of-way provided for said <br />improvement s a e held inviolate for public highway purposes <br />and no signs, posters, billboards, roadside stands or other <br />private installations shall be permitted within the right-of- <br />way limits. <br />Section 7: That this legislative authority hereby re- <br />quests the State Highway Director to-proceed with the aforesaid <br />highway improvement. <br />Section 8: That this legislative authority of Mayfield, <br />Ohio, enter into a contract with the State Highway Director of <br />Ohio providing for the payment by said legislative authority <br />of the estimated sum of Forty One Thousand One Hundred Seventy <br />and 00/100 Dollars ($41,170.00), the agreed proportion of the <br />cost and expense to be borne by Mayfield, Ohio, for improving <br />the hereinbefore described highway. <br />Section 9: That the Clerk of this legislative authority <br />be, and he is ere y, directed to transmit to the State Highway <br />Director a certified copy of these resolutions. <br />Section 10: This Resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure b 'reason of the need for expediting <br />construction of project(s~ to promote highway safety, and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the <br />members elected t~ the legislative authority, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />
