Resolution No. 777 Page 3 of the Bureau of Public Roads Policy and Procedure Memorandum 30-4 "Utility Relocations and Adjustments". Section 5: That -traffic control signals will not be installed on the project wihhout prior approval by the State and the municipality does hereby agree to place and maintain all traffic eontrol devices conforming to the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices on the project in compliance with the provisions of Section 4511.11 and related sections of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 6: That the rights-of-way provided for said improvement s a e held inviolate for public highway purposes and no signs, posters, billboards, roadside stands or other private installations shall be permitted within the right-of- way limits. Section 7: That this legislative authority hereby re- quests the State Highway Director to-proceed with the aforesaid highway improvement. Section 8: That this legislative authority of Mayfield, Ohio, enter into a contract with the State Highway Director of Ohio providing for the payment by said legislative authority of the estimated sum of Forty One Thousand One Hundred Seventy and 00/100 Dollars ($41,170.00), the agreed proportion of the cost and expense to be borne by Mayfield, Ohio, for improving the hereinbefore described highway. Section 9: That the Clerk of this legislative authority be, and he is ere y, directed to transmit to the State Highway Director a certified copy of these resolutions. Section 10: This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure b 'reason of the need for expediting construction of project(s~ to promote highway safety, and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members elected t~ the legislative authority, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
