C <br />Resolution No. 808 <br />5. <br />Section 2. That the Cleric of Council. be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution, together with <br />the signed Journal Entry, to the Cuyahoga County Mayors and City Managers <br />Association for inclusion in a master Journal Entry to be presented to the <br />Franklin County Court of Appeals. <br />Section 3. This resolution is declared to be an emergency measure <br />~, immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and <br />safety of the Village of Mayfield, such emergency existing by reason of the <br />fact that it is immediately necessary to provide for an interim distribution <br />of Local Government Funds in order to obtain funds at the earliest time possible <br />to promote the most efficient administration of Village Government; wherefore, <br />Council determines that an emergency exists, that this resolution is an emergency <br />measure and shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of its <br />' passage. <br />Adopted this ~ ~+ ~ day of ~~ ~O~~i'C 1971. <br />.~ <br />i <br />.MAY ~ - PRE IDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) CLERK ~ASURER <br />ASSISTANT <br />
