ORDINANCE N0. 84-45 .Page -2° (B) A Mayfield Village resident, twenty one (21) years of age or older, must apply for and receive the permit required hereino (C) A permit must be secured at least two (2) weeks pra.or to the date of the scheduled event. All permits shall be issued on a"first come" basis. (D) 1lpplications f or permits shall be available in the office of the Mayor and, once completed, shall be filed in the office of the Mayor along with the required permit f eem (E) Only those areas and facilities expressly listed in the permit may be used and anly duging the hours indicated on the permito (F) An adultp twenty one (21) years of age or older, must be present at all times during the use of the facility. (G) The Community Room Building shall close at 1Ia00 P.M. Sunday through Thursday and 1s00 A.M. on Friday, Saturday and holidays. 155.03 Reservations. (A) Each year a calendar for scheduled rneetings of Mayfield Village boards, commissionsP organizations and clubs sha11 be established and posted for public inspectiona 'rhe scheduling of all other Community Room Building events must be 6J1tY1 respect to the already established dates as aforesaido (B) All reservations f or the Community Room Building shall be made through the office of the Mayor and shall be available on a"first come" basisa (C) Mayfield Village residents and organizations shall have preference over non-resident individuals and organizations in the scheduling of events for the Community Room Building, (D) Private or commercial business usc of the Cammunity Room Building shall be permissible aahen not in conflict with mther scheduled municipal activitiesm (E) Reservations for non-resident individuals or organiza- tioizs wha are sponsored by aMayfield Village resident sIr.all not be accepted more than sixty (60) days prior to the date of the scheduled event to insure the preference of Mayfield Village groups and indiva.duals. (F) The Community Room Building can be rentec3 for a single event or on a schedulec3 basis for regular weekly, mcanthly, bi-monthly, etc.a meetings. 155.04 Restricta.ons and Coi2da.tions of Useo (A) A11 individuals or groups using the Community Room Building sha11 agree to hold Mayfield Village, together with its public officials and employees, harmless frorn any liability in connectiora uaa.th loss of 1ife, personal injury or damage to propertiy arising
