A11 trash must <br />be bagged and the trash bags may be left ir? the kitchen <br />for removal by the municipal staff. <br />(D) Priva'ce or commercial rental for indivicluals or groups <br />who are sponsored by a residenti of Mayfield Village <br />is available subject to the schedule gequirements set <br />forth hereinabove. Charge for use of the Community <br />Room sha11 be Fifty Dollars ($50.00) with an additional <br />refundable damage deposit in the amount of Fifty Dollars <br />($50.00). The deposit for use of the kitchen will <br />be refunded only if the kitchen and Community Room <br />Building are left clean, the tables are cleared and the <br />building is found in the condition aic the time it was <br />rented. All trash must be bagged and may be left in the <br />kitchen for removal by the Vi11age staff, <br />Section 2. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to <br />avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />SeGtion3. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adopti.on of this <br />Ordinance have bEen taken at open meetings of this Councils and i:hat <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting i.n such <br />formal actiono toolc place in meetings open to the public, in compli- <br />ance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of <br />Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 4.
