The street or highway shall be and hereby is designated <br />a through highway as provided in Section 4511.07(F) <br />Ohio Revised Code with speed limits posted in <br />accordance with Section 4511.21 for through highways. <br />C. Stop signs aff ecting the movement of traffic on said <br />street or highway within the roadway being improvecl, <br />shall be removed, and no stop signs shall be erected <br />on same except at its intersection with another <br />through highway where traffic does not warrant the <br />installation of a traffic control signal but where <br />the warrants for a"Four-way Stop" as provided in <br />the af oresaicl Manual are met. <br />D. In the event the Municipality acquires the additional <br />right-of-way, it shall certify that such additional <br />right-of-way is available prior to the public advertise- <br />ment for bids for the construction contract. All <br />property rights and/or items required to be certified <br />as available for the improvement should be obtained in <br />accordance with the necessary procedures as required <br />by the funding requirements. <br />D. It is understood and agreed that in the event the <br />Municipality request additional items to be included <br />in the improvement pursuant to Section 8 herein
