ORDINANCE N0. 86-1 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole <br />' AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 155.06 OF <br />_:~ THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE PERTAINING TO THE .FEE SCHEDULE <br />FOR USE IN THE COMMUNITY ROOM BUILDING. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Section 155.06 of the Codified Ordinances of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(Deleted material appears like t~~s and new material appears, <br />like THIS) <br />Chapter 155 <br />Community Room Building <br />Rules. and Regulations for Operation <br /> <br />155.06 Fee Schedule <br />(A) The following groups and individuals are eligible <br />to use the Community Room Building without charge: <br />Council, City officials, homeowner's association, <br />boards, commissions, all Council committees and <br />commissions and any other group or individual <br />designated by the Mayor. While no fee is charged <br />for use of the building, each -individual or group <br />shall 'nevertheless remain liable for any damage . <br />to the building in accordance with the rules and <br />regulations set forth hereinabove. <br />(B) Senior citizens and youth groups are eligible to use <br />the Community Room Building without charge. However, <br />a refundable damage deposit in the amount of Fifty <br />Dollars (550.00) will be required. <br />(C) Private or commercial rental for residents. of Mayfield <br />Village is available. Charge for use of the Community <br />Room Building shall be T~er~t~-~r~e-Do~~~e~e-E-5.2-5-r{}0.3- <br />FIFTY DOLLARS (550.00). Additionally, a refundable <br />damage deposit in the amount of Fifty Dollars (550.00) <br />will be required. The deposit shall be refunded only <br />if the kitchen and community room are left clean, all <br />tables are cleared and the building is in the condition <br />it was when rented. All trash must be bagged and the <br />trash bags may be left in the kitchen for removal by <br />the municipal staff. <br />
