ORDINANCE N0. 86-10 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION OF THE <br />RECREATION COORDINATOR AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Effective March 1, 1986, and retroactive <br />thereto, the compensation of the Recreation Coordinator shall be Two <br />Thousand Two Hundred Dollars (52,200.00) per annum, payable monthly. <br />The Recreation Coordinator shall have the option of being included in <br />the Public Employees Retirement System. <br />Section 2. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for <br />the reason that this Ordinance establishes the compensation of a <br />necessary municipal employee.
