ORDINANCE N0. 86-12 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF THE °tCOMMUNITY <br />ROOM FUND" TO THE "SENIOR CENTER COMMUNITY ROOM <br />FUND" AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT <br />HEREWITH. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Mayfield Village, pursuant to <br />Ordinance No. 81-47, has previously created the "Community Room Fund"; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Council is now desirous of changing the name of <br />the aforesaid Fund to the "Senior Center Community Room Fund"; and <br />WHEREAS, the change in name of the aforesaid Fund will not <br />alter the source of monies deposited into the said Fund pursuant to <br />Ordinance No. 81-47; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, does <br />hereby redesignate the "Community Room Fund" as the "Senior Center <br />Community Room Fund." <br />Section 2. All other matters pertaining to the Fund <br />referred to herein, including, but not limited to, the source of <br />monies to be deposited in the said Fund, shall remain the same as set <br />forth in Ordinance No. 81-47. <br />Section 3. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are hereby repealed to the extent <br />necessary to avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />Section 4. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 5.
