Center Road (S.R. 91), 60.00 feet wide, at its intersection with the Northerly line of land conveyed to Dexter N. Brott, by deed recorded in Volume 484, page 503 of the Cuyahoga County Records; thence 5-86° 17' 45"-W, along said Northerly line of land so conveyed to Dexter N.
