ORDINANCE NO. 87- <br />Page -2- <br />a separate document with the Mayfield Historical Society permitting <br />persons using the relocated house to park in the area immediately <br />adjacent thereto in an area to be provided by the municipality <br />designated for parking. The parking area referred to herein shall be <br />considered a municipal parking area and shall not be considered solely <br />for the use of the Mayfield Historical Society or others using the <br />subject building. <br />Section 4. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 5. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for <br />the reason that the lease agreement authorized herein must be <br />effective in order for the Mayfield Historical Society to execute a <br />contract for the relocation of the House.
