Carmen <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, IN PART, SECTION <br />1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 86-2 PERTAINING TO <br />THE SUM APPROPRIATED FOR THE GENERAL <br />FUND FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER <br />EXPENDITURES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 1986 TO <br />DECEMBER 31, 1986. <br />enacted' <br />and othE <br />January <br />WHEREAS, on March 27, 1986, the Council of Mayfield Village <br />Ordinance No. 86-2 appropriating funds for current expenses <br />'r expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the period from <br />1, 1986 to December 31, 1986; and <br />WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Mayor and <br />Council, through advice of the Director of Finance, that the sum <br />appropriated for the General Fund for the aforesaid time period <br />exceeded the amended certificate; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the municipality are <br />desirous of amending Ordinance No.-86-2 so as to authorize the <br />appropriate sum for General Fund expenditures; now, therefore, <br />BE IT <br />amended <br />~h~s an <br />shall <br />INED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 86-2 is hereby <br />to read as follows: (Deleted material appears like <br />new material appears like THIS) <br />Section 1. To provide for expenses for Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio, for the period beginning January 1, 1986 <br />and ending December 31, 1986, the sums hereinafter set <br />forth are appropriated as follows: <br />General Fund <br />52,482,679.34 ~2~r494;448.-a~ <br />Section 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 86-2 <br />ain in full force and effect. <br />. Section 3. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to <br />avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />Section 4. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />
