THIS LEASE made and entered into at Mayfield illage, Cuy~~ County, State of Ohio, on the 3 day of 198~'',y and between MAYFIELD VILLP.GE, an Ohio Municipal Corporation (the "Lessor") and MAYFIELD TOWNSHIP HISTORICAL SOCIETY, (the "Lessee") a chartered historical society, pursuant to the laws of the State of Ohio. The Lessor and the Lessee, for and in consideration of the keeping by the parties of their respective obligations hereinafter contained, as well as for one dollar (51.00) and other valuable consideration paid in hand simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Lease, receipt wherecf is hereby acknowledged, agree as follows: ARTICLE I Demised Premises 1. Lessor's Demise. Upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, and in consideration of the payment of the rents and the prompt performance by the Lessee of the covenants and agreements, to be kept and performed by the Lessee, the Lessor does lease, let and demise to the Lessee and the Lessee hereby leases from the Lessor, the following described premises, with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated, lying and being in the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County and State of Ohio: Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Mayfield Township Lot No. 35, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the centerline of SOM Center Road (60 feet wide), which is North 0° 04' 00" West, measured along said centerline, a distance of 146.60 feet from the Northeasterly corner of lands conveyed (by will) March 28, 1910 to Jennie Lockemer; thence North 88° 28' 00" West, a distance of 30.01 feet to a point on the Northerly line of SOM Center Road and principal place of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; Thence continuing North 88° 28' 00" West, a distance of 170.00 feet to a point; Thence North 0° 04' 00" West, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point;
