EASEMENT <br />LUCIA C. TRIPODO, Married, who resides at 845 Keystone Road, <br />in the City of Cleveland Heights, County of Cuyahoga and State of <br />Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor" for and in considera- <br />tion of the sum of One Dollar (51.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grants to <br />Mayfield Village, an Ohio Municipal Corporation located at 6621 Wilson <br />Mills Road, in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State <br />of Ohio, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee" the right to construct, <br />install, operate, repair, maintain, rebuild, replace, relocate and <br />remove a sanitary sewer over, under, upon and across a certain portion <br />of the Grantor's premises, known as Permanent Parcel No. 831-18-007, <br />said easement area being more fully described as follows: <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County <br />of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio and known as <br />being a part of Sublot No. 11 in Metro-Park <br />Subdivision of part of Original Mayfield Township <br />Lot Nos. 25 and 26, Tract No. 1, as shown <br />by the recorded plat in Volume 145, Page 24 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records and being bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the northerl~ line of <br />said Sublot No. 11, distant South 89 12' 00" <br />East along said line, 182.27 feet from its <br />intersection with the easterly line of SOM Center <br />Road; <br />Thence continuing South 89° 12' 00" East, along <br />said northerly line of Sublot No. 11 a distance <br />of 20.02 feet to a point; <br />
