Thence South 1° 32' 00" East, along the easterly <br />line of Sublot No. 10 a distance of 20.01 feet to <br />a point; <br />Thence North 890 38' 00" West, a distance of 117.73 <br />feet to a point; <br />Thence North 1° 32' 00" West, a distance of <br />20.01 feet to the place of beginning and containing <br />0.0540 acres of land, be the same more or less but <br />subject to all legal highways. <br />Grantors further grant unto Grantee the free right of <br />ingress and egress over and across such property insofar as such right <br />of ingress and egress is necessary for the proper nse of any other <br />right granted herein provided that the subject premises shall be left <br />in substantially the same condition as prior to the grant of this <br />easement. <br />The easement granted herein is conditioned upon the Grantee <br />providing reasonable notice to the Grantors of Grantee's intent to <br />exercise any right granted herein. The Grantors retain, reserve and <br />shall continue to enjoy the use of the aforementioned property for any <br />and all purposes provided that such use by the Grantors does not <br />interfere with and prevent the use of the aforementioned property for <br />the purpose and right granted herein. <br />Grantors claim title to the premises over which this <br />easement is granted by Deed recorded in the office of the Cuyahoga <br />County Recorder in Volume 85-5027 Page 68, of Cuyahoga County Deed <br />Records. <br />VIOLET TRIPODO and LUCIA C.
