ORDINANCE N0. 87-8 (AS AMENDED) <br />INTRODUCED BY: Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING WAGES, <br />BENEFITS AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDI- <br />TIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR EMPLOYEES <br />OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSIS- <br />TENT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />4/9/87 <br />Section 1. Effective with the entire pay period ending <br />January 10, 1987, and retroactive thereto, the wages, benefits and <br />other terms and conditions of employment for employees of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio, shall be as follows: <br />A. The secretarial or clerical <br />employee attending the meeting shall <br />be paid for a minimum of 2 hours <br />for such attendance.
