M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 87-9 <br />Page -2- <br />Section 2. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized <br />to drawn warrants for payment of any of the foregoing appropriations <br />upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval <br />by the Council of Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to <br />approve the same, or by ordinance or resolution of Council to make <br />expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries <br />or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance <br />with law or ordinance. The Director of Finance is hereby further <br />authorized to transfer from the General Fund to the Recreation Fund, <br />at any time during calendar year 1987, the sum of Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($5,000.00). <br />Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 4.
