_ ~ TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMENT Parcel 3T PPlr831-31-36 Wilson Mills Road, CR 73, Cuyahoga County, Ohio From Richmond Road to SOM Center Road This indenture made and entered into by and between the Mayfield Bard of Education hereinafter referred to as Grantor, and the Village of Mayfield, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as Village. WITNESSETH: That in and for consideration of One Dollar (E1.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the Village of Mayfield, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby authorize the Village or its duly authorized agents or contractors to enter upon and use its land hereinafter described as Parcel No. 3T during the period begin- ning with the breaking of ground for the construction of the above highway improvement, and terminating when the completed work has been fully ac- cepted by the Village for the purpose of performing the work necessary to repair and mark pavement in accordance with plans and specifications prepared for the Village, Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Mayfield Township Lot No. 20, Tract 2 and further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the centerline of Wilson Mills Road (80 feet wide), said point being North 88°47'55" West, 468.70 feet measured along said centerline of Wilson Mills Road from its intersection with the center- line of Miner Road (60 feet wide); Thence South 1°12'05" West, 40.00 feet to a point and the principal place of beginning; Thence continuing South 1°12'05" West, 55.00 feet to a point; Thence North 88°47'55" West, 34.00 feet to a point; Thence North 1°12'05" East, 55.00 feet to a point; Thence South 88°47'55" East, 34.00 feet to the principal place of beginning containing 0.0429 acres of land, be the same, more or less but subject to all legal highways. ~~~~~ ~ A
