ORDINANCE N0. 87-22 7/6/87 " - V INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a GJhole AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 87-8 PERTAINING TO WAGES FOR ENIPLOYEES IN THE ADMINIS3'RATION OF MAYF IELD V ILLAG E, OH IO, REPEAL ING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance Nov 87-5 is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1. Effective with the entire pay period January 10, 1987, and retroactive thereto, the wages, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio, shall be as follows: A. Section 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and the deliberations of this Council and of its Committees resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
