M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 87-41 <br />Page -2- <br />701.99 Penalty. <br />Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Chapter <br />is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more <br />than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate <br />offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which <br />a violation occurs or continues. <br />Section 2 Ordinance No. 87-25 is hereby repealed in its <br />entirey. <br />Section 3 All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to <br />avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />Section 4. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 5 This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for <br />the reason that the enactment herein is necessary to maintain and <br />preserve the health, safety and welfare of residents located in the <br />vicinity of commercial establishments.
