Al1 prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to <br />avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121e22 of the Ohio Revised Code, <br />12/21/87 ?S to Basile, Council President <br />First Reading: N <br />Second Readi ng ; Suspended _ <br />Thi rd Reading a Suspended <br />PASSED: December 21, 1987 <br />APPROVE ° -4 <br />Fred N. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for <br />the reason that the action taken herein is necessary to preserve the <br />public peace and order.
