RESOLUTION N0. 87- 61 INTRODUCED EY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole F. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT-CLAIM DEED FROM THE BESSEMER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TO MAYFIELD VILLAGE A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS PERMA- NENT PARCEL N0. 831-36-003. WHEREAS, The Bessemer Development Corporation has expressed its intention to transfer to the municipality, by Quit-Claim Deed, a certain parcel of land located on Wilson Mills Road known as Permanent Parcel No. 831-36-003; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of Mayfield Village have determined that it is in the best interests of the community to accept the transfer of title as expressed by The Bessemer Development Corporation; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. The Mayor and Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, do hereby accept the transfer of Permanent Parcel No. 831-36-003 from The Bessemer Development Corporation to Mayfield Village, Ohio, as evidenced by the Quit-Claim Deed attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten. Section 2. That the Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 3.
