<br />QUIT-CLAIM DEED <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Bessemer Development Corporation, the <br />Grantor, which claims title by or through an instrument recorded in Volume <br />11146, Page 297, County Recorder's office, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, for the <br />consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) received to its full satisfaction of the <br />Village of Mayfield, the Grantee, has given, granted, remised, released, and <br />forever quitclaimed, and by these presents absolutely gives, grants, remises, <br />releases, and forever quitclaims, unto the said Grantee and its assigns <br />forever, all such right and title as it, the Grantor, has or ought to have in <br />and to the following described piece or parcel of land, situated in the <br />Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio: <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State <br />of Ohio and known as being a reserved parcel of land in a re-subdivision <br />of Aintree Club Subdivision No. 1 of part of original Mayfield Township <br />lot No. 16, Tract 2 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 137 of maps, <br />Page 24 of Cuyahoga County records and bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning in the southerly line of Wilson Mills Road as dedicated <br />in Volume 133 of maps, Page 35 of Cuyahoga County records at the <br />northerly end of a turnout between the southerly side of said Wilson <br />Mills Road and the westerly line of said reserved parcel; thence <br />easterly along the southerly line of said Wilson Mills Road 100 feet to <br />the northerly end of a turnout between said southerly line and the <br />easterly line of said reserved parcel; thence southwesterly along said <br />;~ turnout which is also the northwesterly line of sublot No. 3 in the <br />aforesaid subdivision 39.27 feet to the westerly line of said sublot No. <br />3; thence southerly along said westerly line which is also the easterly <br />line of said reserved parcel 150 feet to the southeasterly corner of <br />said reserved parcel; thence westerly along the southerly line of said <br />reserved parcel 50 feet to the southeasterly corner of sublot No. 2 in <br />the aforesaid subdivision; thence northerly along the easterly line of <br />said sublot No. 2 which is also the westerly line of said reserved <br />parcel 150 feet to the southerly end of the turnout as aforesaid; thence <br />along said turnout being also the northeasterly line of said sublot No. <br />2, 39.27 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the <br />same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. [Permanent Parcel <br />No. 831-36-003.] <br />To have and to hold the premises aforesaid, with the appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging to the said Grantee and its assigns, so that neither the <br />said Grantor, nor any other persons claiming title through or under them, <br />shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises, or <br />any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall by these presents be <br />excluded and forever barred. <br />In consideration of this conveyance, Grantee, as evidenced by Grantee's <br />acceptance of this deed, hereby agrees that the above-described premises shall <br />be subject to the following restrictions, which shall remain in full force and <br />~' effect for so long as the zoning of the parcel immediately adjacent to the <br />
