..~.. <br />•, y ~' - N ~- V Ot.' - ~ 8T=7495 • PAGE ...-39•.. ~." . <br />~ ~• --~ RECORO~~' ; <br />FR.Y~IU ~ :~,i; <br />t ~ CU.YAHrcn : , . :: ,;,;;~F <br />0504165 OOIT-CLAIM DEED <br />R7P10''20 ag:5S <br />RNOW ALL MEN BY TB ESE PRESENTS THAT Bessemer Development Corporation, <br />the Grantor, which claims title by or through an instrument recorded <br />in Volume 11146, Page 297, County Recorder's office, Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio, for the consideration of Ten Dollars (510.00) received to its <br />.~~ » l~ full satisfaction of the Village of Mayfield, the Grantee, has given, <br />granted, remised, released, and forever quit-claimed, and by these <br />presents absolutely gives, grants, remises, releases, and forever <br />quit-claims, unto the said Grantee and its assigns forever, all such <br />right and title as it, the Grantor, has or ought to have in and to the <br />following described piece or parcel of land, situated in the Village <br />of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio: <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and known as being a reserved parcel of <br />land in a re-subdivision of Aintree Club Subdivision No. 1 <br />of part of original Mayfield Township lot No. 16, Tract 2 <br />as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 137 of maps, <br />Page 24 of Cuyahoga County records and bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning in the southerly line of Wilson Mills Road as <br />dedicated in Volume 133 of maps, Page 35 of Cuyahoga County <br />records at the northerly end of a turnout between the <br />southerly side of said Wilson Mills Road and the westerly <br />line of said reserved parcel; thence easterly along the <br />southerly line of said Wilson Mills Road 100 feet to the <br />northerly end of a turnout between said southerly line and <br />the easterly line of said reserved parcel; thence southwesterly <br />along said turnout which is also the northwesterly line of <br />sublot No. 3 in the aforesaid subdivision 39.27 feet to the <br />westerly line of said sublot No. 3; thence southerly along <br />said westerly line which is also the easterly line of said <br />reserved parcel 150 feet to the southeasterly corner of <br />said reserved parcel; thence westerly along the southerly <br />line of said reserved parcel 50 feet to the southeasterly <br />corner of sublot No. 2 in the aforesaid subdivision; thence <br />northerly along the easterly line of said sublot No. 2 which <br />is also the westerly line of said reserved parcel 150 feet <br />to the southerly end of the turnout as aforesaid; thence <br />along said turnout being also the northeasterly line of <br />said Sublot No. 2, 39.27 feet to the place of beginning, as <br />appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject <br />to all legal highways.
