EXHIBIT "A" "-` <br />' Res . 87~-73 <br />AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of <br />, 19&7, by and between The Progressive Corporation <br />(hereinafter 'Progressive"), an Ohio Corporatier. whose principal place <br />of business is located at 6300 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, <br />Ohio and Mayfield Village (hereinafter °Village"), an Ohio municipal <br />corporation located at 6621 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio. <br />WHEREAS, Progressive .is currently located on a parcel of <br />land that was previously zoned as a Class U-1 Use District, Single- <br />Family House District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village enacted Ordinance No. <br />1971-29 on July 19, 1971 which, in part, rezoned the subject parcel as <br />an Office-Laboratory District thereby enabling Progressive to <br />construct~an office building on the parcel; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance Nn. 1971-29 provides, in part, certain <br />_rest_rictions en the use of the subject parcel including a prohibition <br />t tj"" +- .. t: ..F ano rCa'? r dr i~: °S• ov i ti r <br />:.7uin5 „c COn3.rL.. _~.. .. ..1 0_ 7_1 ex_ ng ~ente WO_tOn <br />Park .D rive and.a ninety (90) foot sideyard on the westerly side of the <br />premises; and <br />WHEREAS, Progressive and the Village have agreed on a <br />relocation of the existing driveway which will result in the said <br />driveway connecting to a public road that will be situated opposite <br />Alpha Drive on Wilson Mills Road; <br />WHEREAS, the residents in the Worton Park area have . <br />expressed certain concerns regarding the effect the proposed expansion <br /> <br />
