? <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-7 <br />BY: Mr. Grogan <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE <br />DIRECTOR OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE TO MAI(E A REQUEST OF CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY OFFICIALS FOR AN ADVANCE PAYMENT <br />OF FUNDS FOR THE IMMEDIATE,USE OF ^1HE <br />VILLAGE AND DECLARING IT ADI ENIERGENCY. <br />40 <br />BE IT RESOLTED BY?THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section l. The Finance Director is authorized, empowered <br />and directed to make a request of appropriate officials of Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, for an advance payment of funds, a11 against funds <br />eventually due the Village for the current year, such advance being <br />necessary for use by the Village.for current operation expenses. <br />Section 2.
