ORDINANCE N0. 88- 4 <br />Page -2- <br />FIDUCIARY FUNDS (Cont'd.) <br />Sewer Planning Fund <br />Total Fiduciary Funds: <br />TOTAL ALL FUNDS: <br />$21,547.00 <br />49,658.00 <br />53,825,257.22 <br />Section 2~ The Director of Finance is hereby authorized <br />to draw warrants for payment of any of the foregoing appropriations <br />upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval <br />by the Council of Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to <br />approve the same, or by Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make <br />expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries <br />or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance <br />with law or ordinance. <br />Section 3 That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 4~ This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for <br />the reason that the appropriations authorized herein are necessary to <br />maintain governmental services. It shall therefore take effect <br />immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five <br />(5) members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise <br />at the earliest time allowed by law. <br />~Sd \ / <br />Santo Basile, Cou cil.
