<br />(b) If a person, whether owner, tenant or otherwise, desires to move into, occupy
<br />or reside in any single dwelling or private residence, or any two-family dwelling or
<br />residence, prior to the installation of landscaping on the premises then before such
<br />person occupies or resides in such premises the person shall certify, in writing, on a
<br />form to be approved by the Building Commissioner that such person shall be 'responsible
<br />for completing the landscaping on the premises, including, bu.t not limited to, the
<br />final grade and seeding, in accordance with the approved final grade plan, prior to
<br />the end of the growing season next following the date of. occupancy.

<br />1309.19 INSPECTIONS BY ENGINEER; DEPOSIT FUND.
<br />The Engineer shall check and approve all plans, profiles, cross-sections, specifications
<br />and other pertinent work details before any pavement, water, sewer or utility construction
<br />is begun and shall inspect such construction in progress. There shall be established an
<br />Inspection Deposit Fund wherein the owner, contractor, developer or utility, prior to
<br />commencing any construction hereunder, shall deposit with the Building Commissioner to
<br />cover inspection costs, the following sum:
<br />(a) For construction less than one million dollars ($1,000,000), the sum of six
<br />hundred dollars ($600.00) unless such deposit is reduced by written approval
<br />of the Engineer due to the size of the project. Whenever such inspection
<br />deposit is reduced below the sum of four hundred dollars .($400.00), the
<br />Building Commissioner shall require the deposit of an additional two. hundred
<br />dollars ($200.00) deposit to be made by such owner, contractor, developer,
<br />or utility such that the balance in the deposit is not reduced below the sum
<br />of four hundred dollars ($400.00).
<br />(b) For construction in excess of one million dollars ($1;000,000), but less than
<br />two million dollars ($2,000,000),- the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000).
<br />Whenever such inspection. deposit is reduced below the sum of. seven hundred
<br />fifty dollars ($750.00), the Building Commissioner shall require the deposit of
<br />an additional two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) deposit to be made by such
<br />owner, contractor, developer or utility such that the balance in the deposit
<br />is not reduced below the sum ofseven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
<br />(c) For construction in excess of two million dollars ($2,000,000), the sum of two
<br />thousand dollars ($2,000) unless such deposit is reduced by written approval
<br />of the Engineer due to the size of the project. Whenever such inspection
<br />deposit is reduced below the sum of one thousand five hundred dollars
<br />($1,500), the Building Commissioner shall require the deposit of an additional
<br />five hundred dollars ($500.00) deposit to be made by such owner, contractor,
<br />developer or utility such that the balance in the deposit is not reduced below
<br />the sum of two thousand dollars ($2;000).
<br />During the period of completion of such projects the Engineer shall report in
<br />appropriate form, as may be determined by his office and the Finance. Department, the
<br />hours of work performed on such inspection during each billing period for the' Engineer
<br />at the rates set forth for such services rendered in the current contract between the
<br />Engineer and the Municipality. (Ord. 87-32. Passed 1-18=88. )
