The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of <br />this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at <br />open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of <br />its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open <br />to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to <br />certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections for <br />approval or rejection by the electorate of Mayfield Village, Ohio, pursuant to <br />Article III, Section 13, of the Charter of Mayfield Village, Ohio, and directs <br />the Clerk of Council and Law Director to take whatever other steps necessary <br />in order to comply with all directives of the said Board of Elections in order <br />to secure placement on the ballot as aforesaid. <br />SECTION 5.
