~ As Revised 10/17/88 <br />ORDINANCE N0. 88-39 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />ATH~IDING SECTION 1153.01 OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, Offi0, <br />DELETING REFERI~NICE TO THE TWO (2) CLASSES OF <br />HEIGHT DISTRICTS AND ArH~IDING SECTION 1181.01 AND 1181.02 <br />PERTAINING TO HEIGHT LIl~IITS AND REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, Offi0, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Existing Section 1153.01 of the Codified Ordinances of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, entitled "District and Zone Map" is hereby amended by <br />deleting reference to the two (2) classes of height districts so that the new <br />Section 1153.01 shall read as follows: <br />1153.01 DISTRICT AND ZONE MAP. <br />For the purpose of regulating and restricting <br />the location of trades, industries, apartment houses, <br />two-family houses and other uses of property, the number <br />of square feet of lot area per family housed, the width <br />of lots, the location and size of yards and the height of <br />buildings, the Municipality is hereby divided into nine <br />classes of use districts termed respectively: <br />Class U-1 or Single-Family House Districts, <br />Class U-2 or Two-Family House Districts, <br />Class U-3 or Apartment House Districts, <br />Class U-3AA or Restricted Multi-Story <br />Apartment House District, <br />Local Business District, <br />Small Office Building District, <br />Motorist Service District, <br />Office Laboratory District, and <br />Production-Distribution District, <br />and into three classes of area districts termed <br />respectively: <br />Class A-1, <br />Class A-2, and <br />Class A-3; <br />
