Section 1(A)(4) of Ordinance No. 88-3, enacted by the Council <br />of Mayfield Village, Ohio, on January 18, 1988, is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />Section 1. Effective with the entire pay period ending <br />January 10, 1987, and retroactive thereto, the wages, <br />benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for <br />employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio, shall be a follows: <br />A. Wages <br />4. Building and Service Department Annual Salary Hourly Rate <br />1987 1988 1987 1988 <br />(k) Part-time Mechanic - - - $13.00 <br />(Not to Exceed 20 Hours per Week) <br />SECTION 2. All prior Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance, in <br />whole or in part, are repealed to the extent necessary to avoid conflict with <br />this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of <br />this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at <br />open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council, and of <br />its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open <br />to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and welfare
