Musca, Esq. <br />1202 Bond Court Building <br />1300 East Ninth Street <br />Cleveland, OH 44114-1503 <br />Re: Village Plaza <br />Dear Mr. Musca: <br />I have been instructed by the Council of Mayfield <br />Village-to iterate the conditions of the parking variance <br />of thirty-six (36) spaces in respect to the property known <br />as Village Plaza located at 6675. Wilson Mills Road. These <br />conditions address several of the concerns that have <br />previously been expressed. <br />The conditions of such variance are the following: <br />(1) The removal of the encroachment on the residentia.l <br />lot located immediately east of your easterly line <br />abutting Sandlewood Drive. <br />(2) The screening of the trash containers near <br />Sandlewood Drive and S.O.M. with a board on board <br />fence. <br />(3) The enclosure of the air conditioning units in <br />compliance with our.Code. <br />(4) A fence along the.ent'ire property l.ine adjacent to <br />the resi.dential area in order to provide screening. <br />(5) The replacement of the light facing 6696 Sandlewood <br />Drive as a safety measure. <br />It is my understanding that you consented to these conditions <br />at the Council Caucus that was.held on February 6, 1989. <br />In addition to the conditions stated above, such <br />variance is subject to review upon the application for an <br />occupancy certificate (in accordance with Section 1309.19 of <br />the Coclified Ordinance) for.future tenants of Sand - SOM or <br />Village Plaza. The reason for such cQndition is that while <br />such variance (Ordinance 89=7) appears to be feasible for the <br />tenants presently occupying both developments, it may be
