Norfon <br />Thank you for your letter of February 10, 1989 concerning the above- <br />captioned. <br />Pursuant to that :ahich is contained in said letter, and pursuant to <br />the workshop meeting of the Council held on March 6, 1989, kindly be <br />advised that I have agreed to perform the conditions of the variance con- <br />tained in Points 1 thru 4 of your letter, and have instructed my contrac't- <br />or, Anthony Marra, to proceed forward with the completion of those four items. <br />In addition, I have also agreed to submit a landscape plan in conform- <br />ity with your request for both the new construction and the old construc- <br />tion, and have instructed my landscaper, Mark Caticchio to submit a land- <br />scape plan to Gus Amendola, as well as the Village Landscape Architect. <br />I trust that that which is contained in this letter meets with your <br />approval and that of the Village officials.
