Street Lighting Fund 11,531.31 770 - Performance Bond Fund 5,147.50 773 - Hanover Woods Fund 10,016.00 TOTpL; $ 349, 630. 60 The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to draw warrants for pay- ment upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. S$CTION 3. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment of any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make expenditures9 provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. SECTION 4. The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 1989, is further authorized to: A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Recreation Fund the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00); and B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Beech Hill Fund the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00). SECTIOAI 5. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 6. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services.
