Charge for use of the Community room shall be Seve?-ty=?4-ve ?o??srs-{???-88) ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($125.00) with an additional refundable damage deposit in the amount of F-i-f-t-y SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($75.00). The deposit for use of the kitchen will be refunded only if the kitchen and community room building are left clean, the tables are cleared and the building is found in the condition at the time it was when rented.(All trash must be bagged and may be left in the kitchen for r`emoval by the Village staff.\ . SECTION 2. Such amendment shall apply too?all applications accept?;.on or after the date of passage. An application is"considered accepted upon payment of the application fee. SECTION 3. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to avoid conflict with this ordinance. SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 5.
