PUBLIC NOTICE <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO <br /> <br />In accordance with Article V, Section 13 of the Charter, of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio, a public hearing will be held on Monday, August 21, <br />1989, at seven forty-five p.m. (7:45 p.m.) to review the following <br />ordinances: <br />Ordinance 89-23, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1173 OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO PERMITTED USES AND <br />AREA REGULATIONS IN THE MOTORIST SERVICE, OFFICE-LABORATORY AND <br />PRODUCTION-DISTRIBUTION DISTRICTS AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES <br />INCONSISTENT HEREWITH. <br />Ordinance 89-24, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1153.01 OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, DELETING REFERENCE TO THE TWO (2) <br />CLASSES OF HEIGHTS DISTRICTS AND AMENDING SECTION 1181.01 AND 1181.02 <br />PERTAINING TO HEIGHT LIMITS AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT <br />HEREWITH. <br />Ordinance 89-25, AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CODIFIED ORDINANCE SECTION <br />1157.05 PERTAINING TO THE CREATION OF A DISTRICT KNOWN AS U-3AA <br />RESTRICTED MULTI-STORY APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT, AND REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH. <br />Ordinance 89-26, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1157.03 OD THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PROHIBITING ROOMERS IN A CLASS <br />U-1 AND U-2 DISTRICT AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT <br />HEREWITH. <br />Ordinance 89-27, AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SUBSECTIONS 1153.02(F)(8) AND <br />1153.02(F)(10) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO <br />ELIMINATING DOCTORS' AND DENTISTS' OFFICES AND RESEARCH LABORATORIES AS <br />A SPECIAL PERMIT USE IN A CLASS U-6 DISTRICT AND REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH. <br />Residents of the Village are invited to attend and to make comments or <br />ask questions concerning the proposed changes in the Codified <br />Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio as provided for in the above- <br />mentioned Ordinances. <br />The above-mentioned hearing will be held at the Mayfield Village Hall <br />at 6621 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio, at the date and time <br />mentioned above. <br />Donna Heath <br />Clerk of Council <br />News Heralde July 21, 27, 1989
